BuildMuscle

Training, food, and the streak that keeps you honest.

What it is

BuildMuscle tracks a weekly training split alongside what you actually eat, in one place. Log a session, photograph a meal, keep the streak alive.

Why both halves

Most people run two apps: one for the gym, one for food. They don't talk to each other, so neither can tell you the thing you actually need to know — whether you're eating enough to support what you're lifting. Progress usually stalls on whichever half you're neglecting, and split tracking is very good at hiding which one that is.

What's in it

Weekly splits and daily logs. Meal photos and a kitchen inventory. Streaks and level-ups, because the honest truth is that consistency beats optimization and gamification is what produces consistency. Wearable sync pulls in what your watch already knows rather than making you enter it twice.

There's a social layer too — a journey feed where you can follow other people's progress. Training alone is where most people quit.

Where it's at

Early. Real users, small number, mostly people who'll tell me when something is annoying. The core loop works; the polish isn't there yet.
